Just Say NO to New Year's Resolutions!

Don't knock it!. Consider the possibilities. You may just want to try it!

As an aesthetics provider, my days are filled with helping patients improve themselves internally and externally. As a small business owner, my nights and weekends are filled with trying to improve my skills, my practice, and my business. Most of us are coming down from an extremely busy month trying to deliver the "best Christmas ever" to our family and friends. On this New Year's Day I am feeling a bit tired and I have opted to avoid the stress of New Year's Resolutions today.

Enjoy Your Day!

It's the end of a busy season and I am opting to rest, relax and enjoy a day with family. I spend way too much time worrying and thinking about tomorrow. Can anyone relate? So, today I will appreciate loved ones and live for today.

Extend Gratitude!

I am grateful for my experiences in 2022! Today I will send texts and make phones calls to loved ones to tell them I appreciate them. I am grateful to our Lord for the many blessings He has bestowed upon me and my family. And I am especially grateful for all of our patients. It has been a busy year at Simply You Med Spa and I am so appreciative of all of YOU! Thank you for your loyalty and trust. The business has continued to grow in 2022 and I am happy to have been able to purchase a new device to be able to offer even better treatments to our patients. Even if you choose to set resolutions, don't forget to appreciate how far you have come!

Tomorrow Will Worry About Itself!

Don't worry - Simply You Med Spa has many plans for continued growth. The business plan is in action and we will continue to work to deliver the very best, cutting-edge medical aesthetics to our patients while maintaining safety as a top priority. I value honesty, integrity and always want to strive to be the best me. We can worry about expanding and improving ourselves 364 days of the year. But on this Sunday, the first day of 2023, I chose to reflect on how far we have come and appreciate today for today.
