Michelle Waller, PA-C will come to your location of choice to administer Botox in the same professional manner as our clinic treatments. All attendees will receive a party discount and the host is eligible for free units based upon the amount of product purchased.  A small deposit is required one week prior to the party that will be applied towards the cost of service. Any additional treatments that are scheduled and purchased at the time of the event are also offered at a discounted rate!
